Welcome to the Scholarship Application !! 

FCYSO promises that NO child shall be denied the opportunity to participate in the organizations sports because of not having the means to pay the fees required. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship or reduced fees, please complete the form below. The FCYSO Board Members will vote on approval of all applicants at the monthly Board Meetings.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and requests for scholarship needs.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

ALL Scholarship requests MUST BE completed and submitted online within the requested window of the open Sport Registration. This timeline requirement is to ensure we are able to appropriately support those who need assistance. No exceptions will be granted.

When you apply for a scholarship additional information may be requested after application. Those applying for a scholarship should be on a government assistance program (lunch assistance at school, benefit from a government food assistance programs, etc.). However, we understand financial security within a home can vary due to outside influences, the organization will accept applications of those not utilizing a support program. We ask that everyone in our community only apply for the scholarship if it is truly needed. FCYSO raises funds, but doesn't have unlimited resources. 

Additional volunteer hours are not required, but if you have the capacity to provide extra help throughout your child's sport season we'd greatly appreciate it.
